Business Analyst – Automation, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to comprehend existing processes and pinpoint opportunities for automation and AI enhancements.

• Assist in defining and assessing use cases for automation and AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Convert business requirements into clear, concise specifications, including workflows and data requirements.

• Develop and uphold documentation such as process maps, use cases, and data flows.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams to facilitate the design, testing, and deployment of solutions.

• Aid in monitoring automation initiatives and adhere to established governance and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity.

• Familiarity with automation, workflow enhancement, or AI-related projects.

• Proficiency in technical concepts such as APIs, data structures, and system integrations.

• Knowledge of AI or automation tools (including conversational AI, intelligent agents, or low-code platforms).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, with experience in Agile environments.
