This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and maintain predictive machine learning models.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to design and evaluate controlled experiments.
• Conduct proactive and intricate analytical deep dives to uncover hidden user behaviors.
• Assist in interpreting the results of Marketing Mix Modeling.
• Establish, implement, and manage a cohesive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework.
• Convert complex statistical insights and model results into engaging business narratives.
• Work closely with Data Engineering to guarantee data integrity.
• Offer technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in applied data science, economics, or GTM analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in developing and validating production-ready models for business purposes.
• Practical knowledge of Causal Inference methods, including Quasi-Experimentation, Matching Methods (PSM), and Difference-in-Differences.
• Proficient in statistical methodologies for A/B testing.
• Advanced skills in Python or R, and expert-level SQL.
• Familiarity with tools such as dbt, Airflow, Databricks, or Snowflake is highly desirable.
