This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarketSmart.
β’ Establish clear priorities and success metrics to steer roadmap decisions.
β’ Lead continuous product discovery to gain insights into customer workflows and challenges.
β’ Convert customer, market, and performance insights into precise product requirements.
β’ Work in collaboration with Engineering and Product Design to define and implement solutions.
β’ Evaluate product usage data, campaign performance metrics, and customer feedback.
β’ Direct validation initiatives such as beta programs, usability testing, and post-launch feedback.
β’ 3-7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing Management within a SaaS or technology-focused organization.
β’ Demonstrated success in owning product vision, roadmaps, and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.
β’ Familiarity with B2C customer engagement platforms, MarTech, digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign-oriented products.
β’ Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, messaging, execution, and performance analysis.
β’ Practical experience in leading product discovery, validation, and prioritization efforts.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
