📋 Description

• Analyze and integrate extensive datasets from multiple sources to reveal insights.

• Combine complex Empower data to produce actionable insights regarding customer behaviors and sentiment drivers.

• Shape the enterprise experimentation strategy and long-term roadmap.

• Lead intricate, high-visibility projects with significant organizational impact.

• Create enterprise-wide methodologies for analyzing customer behavior and sentiment.

• Formulate long-term strategies and enhance organizational capabilities.

• Provide thought leadership on experimental methodologies and innovative practices.

• Counsel executives on insights from experimentation, along with associated risks and opportunities.

• Champion cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing experimentation capabilities.

• Ensure that experimentation strategies are in alignment with enterprise objectives.

• Present insights and recommendations at the executive level.

• Assist workplace participants and free dashboard users in deepening their relationship with Empower.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

• Over 12 years of experience in advanced analytics or experimentation.

• Established expertise in experimentation and customer analytics.

• Strong executive presence and influential capabilities.

• Proficient in navigating highly ambiguous environments.

• Comprehensive, enterprise-level understanding of the Empower business model, along with its product and service offerings, and customer ecosystem.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.
