Data Science Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Design, validate, and implement algorithms and predictive models to analyze issues, identify trends, and propose solutions.

• Investigate, assess, and interpret extensive datasets in diverse formats.

• Conduct analyses of both structured and unstructured data to address moderately complex business challenges.

• Leverage expertise in data sets to respond to client-specific queries.

• Employ data visualization techniques to convey analytical findings and support decision-making processes in business.

• Identify and assess data requirements for assigned projects while ensuring data integrity.

• Review existing data and suggest additional data sources for enhancement.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, detailing business objectives, data collection and processing methods, outcomes, and analytical metrics.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and team members to provide insights tailored to client-specific needs and internal business strategies.

• Generate ad hoc reports and refine existing reporting mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant analytical experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with SQL.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to present information effectively to various audiences.

• Proficient in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.

• Expertise in data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data engineering, and data visualization.

• Ability to manage large datasets from various sources.

• Previous experience or knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical data.
