Senior Data Scientist – Credit Modeling

📋 Description

• Perform various analyses to gain insights from data and generate business intelligence;

• Build statistical models employing a variety of methodologies;

• Continuously enhance and optimize existing statistical models;

• Oversee the performance of operational statistical models;

• Act as a technical resource for colleagues in the field;

• Assist in the technical advancement of emerging business requirements;

• Lead research initiatives aimed at exploring new avenues in data analysis;

• Develop high-impact Data Science projects;

• Convey model findings to business units to emphasize the significance of model implementation, share the insights gathered, and interpret model outputs in business language.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing credit scoring models utilizing machine learning techniques;

• Advanced proficiency in Python (including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, CatBoost, XGBoost, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar libraries);

• Experience in creating solutions for the credit lifecycle;

• Strategic mindset with a focus on results and strong critical thinking skills;

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;

• A postgraduate degree is preferred;

• Proficient in English at a professional level.
