Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve in a consultative role alongside business teams, identifying challenges and offering data-driven solutions;

• Oversee comprehensive data science projects from the initial problem definition through to production delivery;

• Convert business challenges into analytical strategies (such as predictive models, segmentations, optimizations, etc.);

• Clearly articulate results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Maintain the quality, reproducibility, and governance of created models;

• Convey technical aspects, decisions, and trade-offs to colleagues and stakeholders;

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Data Science applied to real-world business challenges;

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell data-driven stories;

• Proven experience in leading projects and engaging directly with stakeholders;

• Proficient in Python and relevant data libraries (such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.);

• Familiarity with SQL and handling large datasets;

• Experience in deploying models (MLOps experience is advantageous);

• Capability to structure unclear problems and suggest practical solutions;

• Understanding of generative AI;
