This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.
• Join the central Data Science & Analytics team and integrate within a key business area: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.
• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions prior to conducting analyses.
• Establish metrics and create reports.
• Conduct analyses and design experiments.
• Provide insights that enhance important business metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.
• Clarify current situations, explain reasons for occurrences, and suggest next steps.
• Propel decisions and implement initiatives through to their conclusion.
• 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.
• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and delivering results.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Capability to decompose ambiguous problems into distinct hypotheses.
• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
• Must currently reside in a qualifying U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
