Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance machine learning models focused on recommendations and personalization.

• Create merchandising and product ranking models tailored for eCommerce platforms.

• Design customer segmentation and scoring models to be utilized within CRM systems.

• Convert business challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable solutions.

• Conduct in-depth analyses and produce compelling data visualizations.

• Define and validate AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Assess model performance through statistical and business metrics.

• Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

• Monitor model performance and suggest optimizations as necessary.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully deploy and scale models.

• Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and CRM teams to integrate models into existing workflows.

• Clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.

• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.

• Experience in building recommendation, personalization, or segmentation models.

• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for conducting data analysis.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Bloomreach, Salesforce, or equivalent alternatives.

• Practical experience with A/B testing and hypothesis validation.

• Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including validation and monitoring processes.

• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong problem-solving abilities paired with business acumen.

• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
