• Opportunity Identification: Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to discover and articulate data-driven opportunities that align with strategic business objectives.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Extract and analyze intricate datasets from company and client databases to inform product and business optimization strategies, utilizing both conventional statistical methods and cutting-edge machine learning techniques.
• Evaluation of Data Sources: Assess the efficacy and precision of new data sources and collection techniques, including the evaluation and implementation of methods for acquiring and processing extensive volumes of text data.
• Data Processing: Execute data processing utilizing state-of-the-art LLM models and technologies.
• Innovation & Strategy: Evaluate the effectiveness of new data sources and collection methods, identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s data strategy through innovative ML and AI techniques.
• Client-Facing Presentations: Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to illustrate analytical solutions and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Predictive Modeling & Optimization: Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to foster improvements in customer engagement, product performance, and business processes.
• Model Monitoring: Develop processes and tools to monitor model performance, data accuracy, and reliability over time. Continuously refine models to adapt to changing business requirements and industry best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of practical experience concentrated specifically on Large Language Models (LLMs) and associated techniques (e.g., fine-tuning, instruction tuning, prompt engineering).
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding with Python.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize statistical programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.) for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Llama Index, or large-scale training frameworks.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, interpretability, and best practices.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques (Regression, Deep Learning, NLP, Time Series Analysis, etc.).
• Familiarity with AWS services (Athena, S3, Glue, SageMaker, Bedrock) for scalable model development.
• Proficient in NLP Techniques (NER, Information Extraction, Text Categorization, Document Parsing).
• Preferred: Familiarity with MLOps tools, big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), or other cloud services.
• Preferred: Experience in Document Processing.
