Senior Data Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Construct and enhance the data warehouse (BigQuery), prioritizing performance, stability, and scalability.

• Create data and automation workflows (ELT, dbt, Supermetrics, Make, Python scripts, etc.).

• Incorporate new tools and APIs to broaden our data and automation capabilities.

• Deploy AI functionalities and intelligent processes through APIs, no-code, and low-code platforms.

• Conduct quality assurance and monitoring to maintain data quality, transparency, and reliable performance.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business Operations to technically realize new concepts and features.

• Develop technical documentation and foster knowledge in the areas of Data, Automation, and AI.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Data Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Technical Developer.

• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and contemporary cloud data architecture (preferably GCP / BigQuery).

• Experience with ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Supermetrics), automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n), and ideally Python or JavaScript.

• Comprehensive understanding of API structures and their integration into data and automation workflows.

• Enthusiasm for AI and process automation — you relish experimenting with new technologies.

• Independent and solution-oriented approach with a high degree of technical ownership.

• Enjoy building, testing, and optimizing within an agile setting.

• Proficient in German and English.
