• Collaborate within a data organization organized into distinct areas: Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Intelligence (AI), DataOps, Architecture, and Governance, serving as the liaison between PMs and technical teams;
• Work closely with PM/Data Product and DataOps leadership to guarantee that deliverables have a clear scope, measurable success metrics, and visibility throughout the organization;
• Act as the Product Owner in the area, responsible for maintaining a healthy backlog and ensuring that requests are well-defined and deliveries are traceable from start to finish;
• Assist the PM in prioritizing and refining the data roadmap based on business impact and team capacity;
• Ensure that intake requests are clearly defined before being added to the backlog, complete with acceptance criteria, mapped data sources, and designated owners;
• Develop and manage epics and tasks in Monday.com Dev, ensuring traceability between stakeholder requests and technical execution;
• Lead refinement ceremonies with teams, even in a setup without formal sprints;
• Serve as the primary custodian of the area’s operational metrics: average cycle time, on-time delivery rate, backlog aging, post-delivery NPS, and rework rate;
• Assist DataOps leadership by providing visibility into capacity, bottlenecks, and SLAs for each area;
• Create and sustain delivery tracking dashboards so that any stakeholder can easily understand the status of their requests;
• Conduct periodic metric reviews with the PM and front-line leaders;
• Proactively communicate updates on progress, obstacles, and changes in deadlines;
• Support the PM in roadmap review sessions and monthly retrospectives;
• Ensure that delivered data products include minimum documentation, validated acceptance criteria, and identified business owners;
• Spot opportunities to reuse analytical assets and suggest process enhancements to the PM;
• Completed Bachelor’s degree;
• Experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agilist with practical experience in data, analytics, or technical platform environments;
• Expertise in prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, ICE) and backlog management;
• Familiarity with product and project management tools; Monday.com will be your main working platform;
