Senior Data Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage production-grade AI agents.

• Lead the creation of scalable AI and data services.

• Act as the internal authority on Snowflake Cortex.

• Utilize contemporary agent architecture patterns to construct dependable and cost-effective AI systems.

• Collaborate with the Analytics & Insights team to design and uphold semantic layers.

• Create and sustain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and models utilizing Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.

• Work across teams to convert vague business challenges into well-defined AI and data solutions.

• Set engineering standards for agentic systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related disciplines.

• Strong comprehension of modern agent development patterns including RAG, vector search, and prompt engineering.

• Extensive expertise in Snowflake, particularly in performance optimization and scalable data modeling techniques.

• Practical experience with dbt and Airflow.

• Proficient Python engineering skills.

• Solid experience working in AWS environments, including services such as S3, IAM, and Lambda.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI-powered engineering tools, such as Claude Code.

• Enthusiasm for specializing in Snowflake Cortex and contributing to the definition of AI platform strategy.
