Senior Data & Automation Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of our Data & Automation roadmap: You will create strategies, prioritize projects, and facilitate the implementation of data- and automation-focused products.

• Act as a liaison between business and technology: You will convert requirements from Operations & Marketing into scalable solutions for data and automation.

• Manage tools and processes: You will oversee tools (such as Make, dbt, Supermetrics, Notion AI, and BI tools) to ensure seamless operations.

• Engage with technical depth: You will possess the ability to understand code structures, review code, and make minor modifications yourself (including in SQL, dbt, or low-code automations).

• Execute AI & automation initiatives: You will identify opportunities for automation, test new tools, and incorporate AI solutions into our workflows.

• Reporting and governance: You will ensure data integrity, create KPI frameworks, and foster data literacy throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Data Product Management, Analytics, Business Operations, or a related discipline.

• A solid technical foundation (including SQL, API flows, automation platforms, and BI tools).

• Familiarity with modern data stacks (such as BigQuery, dbt, Supermetrics, Make, Holistics, etc.).

• Capability to connect both technical and operational aspects — you are fluent in both domains.

• Interest in AI and automation — you are inquisitive, experimental, and eager to contribute to shaping the future.

• Independent and organized working style, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.

• Excellent communication skills with a passion for leading cross-functional initiatives.
