This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design and implement a comprehensive data architecture for an integrated care platform.
• Create scalable enterprise data platforms to meet clinical, operational, reporting, and analytics requirements.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance system design, development, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data models and integration solutions across Microsoft Dynamics, EHR/EMR, claims, and third-party systems.
• Lead the development and management of ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable data ingestion, transformation, validation, and distribution.
• Establish standards for data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to create modern cloud-based data solutions using Azure, including data lake and data warehouse architectures.
• Ensure that data solutions adhere to HIPAA, HITRUST, privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Work with business stakeholders to convert strategic objectives into scalable data solutions.
• 8-10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and architectures using Python, Azure platforms, and SQL.
• Healthcare data management experience is essential.
• Extensive experience with Azure Data Platform technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Power Platform, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Databricks.
• Strong background in designing data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Proven ability to create and utilize HTTP web service APIs, webhooks, and GraphQL.
• In-depth understanding of data modeling methodologies, including dimensional modeling, normalized designs, and modern analytical data structures.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare data standards and operational healthcare datasets.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, metadata management, and master data management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
