Senior Data and BI Analyst – Operational Efficiency Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in data and Business Intelligence projects for IPv7.Group clients.

• Conduct diagnostics on operational efficiency, costs, productivity, margins, and performance.

• Discover opportunities for cost savings, waste reduction, and process optimization.

• Create management and executive dashboards to track KPIs and outcomes.

• Integrate, cleanse, structure, and validate data from various sources.

• Develop analyses, reports, and executive presentations with actionable recommendations for clients.

• Aid in defining indicators, targets, and routines for monitoring performance results.

• Collaborate with consulting, operations, technology, and clients' business teams.

• Automate analyses, data routines, and deliverables using Artificial Intelligence tools.

• Contribute to the advancement of IPv7.Group's methodologies and analytical accelerators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in related areas.

• Expertise in Power BI or comparable data visualization tools.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.

• Experience in developing KPIs, dashboards, performance analyses, and executive reports.

• Background in cleansing, modeling, and consolidating data from multiple sources.

• Capability to convert complex data into clear, objective, and results-driven recommendations.

• Experience or strong interest in operational efficiency projects, cost reduction, savings, or continuous improvement initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, autonomy, and the ability to engage with clients.

• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools and methodologies.

• Ability to leverage AI for accelerating the creation of SQL queries, scripts, automations, documentation, analyses, and dashboard prototypes.

• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI agents, or similar solutions.

• Capability to critically assess AI-generated results to ensure technical quality, data accuracy, and alignment with the client's context.

• Practical understanding of applying AI to enhance productivity and quality in analytical deliverables.

• Preferred: knowledge of Python, R, or data automation tools.

• Preferred: experience with APIs, ETL/ELT, data warehouses, or cloud services.

• Preferred: experience with financial metrics, income statements (DRE), costs, margins, profitability, and budgeting.

• Preferred: familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, or methodologies of continuous improvement.

• Preferred: experience in consulting, technology, telecommunications, software, security, or B2B services.
