This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Gather, integrate, and analyze performance data from various operational and administrative sources.
• Track service performance indicators, recognizing trends, deviations, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Create, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and KPIs utilizing data analysis and visualization tools.
• Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to aid in operational and tactical decision-making.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses and monitor metrics to evaluate performance, compliance, and operational progress.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, traceability, and reliability of the data utilized in analyses and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and convert them into analytical solutions.
• Assist in continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process automation initiatives.
• Contribute to the rollout and adoption of new Business Intelligence tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Engage in regional projects and other strategic initiatives within the department.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in performance analysis, technical service operations, supply chain, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools like Power BI.
• Capability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable recommendations.
• Strong collaboration skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1–B2).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese (A2 or higher) is desirable.
• Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives is desirable.
• Understanding of tools, methodologies, or concepts related to Artificial Intelligence and Analytics is desirable.
• Previous experience in regional or multinational settings is desirable.
• Engage in operational transformation and automation projects.
• Work with cutting-edge Business Intelligence and Analytics tools.
• Enhance skills in advanced data analysis and insight-driven decision-making.
