Senior Data and BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical, operational, enrollment, engagement, and financial data to uncover trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Construct and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.

• Convert intricate analyses into straightforward insights, recommendations, and presentations.

• Collaborate with business leaders to establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and criteria for success.

• Assess the effects of changes in operational, product, and clinical workflows.

• Develop and sustain dependable analytical datasets and business logic utilizing SQL and dbt.

• Facilitate self-service analytics by creating trusted data models and reporting resources.

• Identify issues related to data quality and partner with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and reliability.

• Investigate company data to discover previously unrecognized insights, trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Link analytical findings to actionable business recommendations.

• Deliver findings and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Execute other related duties as necessary in connection with the responsibilities outlined above.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a similar role.

• Proven experience using SQL to analyze complex datasets.

• Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, and analytical tools while effectively communicating analytical findings to stakeholders.

• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms.

• Strong capabilities in quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate efficiently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
