• Design and develop a multi-tier SaaS reporting infrastructure to address various client levels and brand campaign needs.
• Oversee the strategy for GA4 and Google Tag Manager, managing implementation, quality assurance, and the establishment of event tracking standards for QR scans, lead captures, and promotional engagement.
• Architect and manage GA4 data exports into BigQuery, constructing robust models that integrate event data with account, venue, and subscription datasets.
• Consolidate data from various sources including Sanity CMS, Mailchimp, SMS platforms, and POS systems to form a cohesive view of the consumer journey.
• Create reusable reporting templates and automated dashboards for client recaps, monthly summaries, and real-time campaign performance analysis.
• Assess and implement reporting automation tools like Looker Studio Pro, AgencyAnalytics, or Whatagraph to improve scalability.
• Set up data governance and access control protocols to ensure secure, account-specific reporting views.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to guarantee that tracking requirements are smoothly integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Convert complex analytics into actionable business insights for internal stakeholders, venues, and brand partners.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including tracking plans, data dictionaries, and architectural workflows.
• 4+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Expert-level knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
• Advanced SQL capabilities and practical experience modeling complex datasets within BigQuery.
• Proven experience in constructing sophisticated dashboards in Looker Studio or comparable BI tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of event tracking, custom dimensions, conversion optimization, and UTM strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to establish clean data taxonomies and uphold rigorous tracking documentation.
• Experience with data engineering tasks, particularly in merging disparate data sources into reporting-ready models.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio Pro or white-label reporting platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of automated reporting tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Databox, or DashThis is an advantage.
• Experience with Sanity CMS, Mailchimp, or CRM marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
• Understanding of dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, or ETL tools is preferred.
• Experience with API-based data ingestion, webhooks, or automation platforms like Make and Zapier is a plus.
• Background in SaaS reporting, multi-tenant analytics, or hospitality/CPG campaign reporting is preferred.
