• Design and execute a multi-tier SaaS reporting framework to accommodate various client levels and brand campaign needs.
• Lead the strategy for GA4 and Google Tag Manager, supervising implementation, quality assurance, and the establishment of event tracking standards for QR scans, lead captures, and promotional engagement.
• Architect and oversee GA4 data exports to BigQuery, creating robust models that integrate event data with account, venue, and subscription datasets.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources such as Sanity CMS, Mailchimp, SMS platforms, and POS systems to develop a comprehensive view of the consumer journey.
• Create reusable reporting templates and automated dashboards for client recaps, monthly summaries, and real-time campaign performance tracking.
• Assess and implement reporting automation tools like Looker Studio Pro, AgencyAnalytics, or Whatagraph to improve scalability.
• Establish data governance and access control measures to guarantee secure, account-specific reporting views.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure tracking requirements are efficiently incorporated into the development lifecycle.
• Convert intricate analytics into actionable business insights for internal stakeholders, venues, and brand partners.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including tracking plans, data dictionaries, and architectural workflows.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with hands-on experience in modeling complex datasets within BigQuery.
• Proven experience in developing sophisticated dashboards using Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
• In-depth understanding of event tracking, custom dimensions, conversion optimization, and UTM strategies.
• Demonstrated capability to define clean data taxonomies and maintain comprehensive tracking documentation.
• Experience in data engineering tasks, particularly in merging disparate data sources into reporting-ready models.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect technical execution with business strategy.
• Preferred experience with Looker Studio Pro or white-label reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Databox, or DashThis is advantageous.
• Desirable exposure to Sanity CMS, Mailchimp, or CRM marketing automation tools.
• Preferred knowledge of dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, or ETL tools.
• Experience with API-based data ingestion, webhooks, or automation platforms like Make and Zapier is a plus.
• Background in SaaS reporting, multi-tenant analytics, or hospitality/CPG campaign reporting is preferred.
