Junior AI Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the transition from traditional business intelligence to a model enhanced by artificial intelligence.

• Sustain and enhance data modeling and dashboards using Looker (LookML), ensuring seamless operations.

• Create GenBI layers to facilitate automatic insight generation and conversational analytics.

• Design AI-driven data products, including automated summaries and intelligent alerts.

• Streamline workflows, queries, and documentation utilizing tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies.

• Guide the technical team by establishing new standards and analytics best practices.

• Convert business challenges into impactful analytical solutions for stakeholders and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with business intelligence tools, particularly in Looker (LookML) or Tableau.

• Advanced skills in SQL and BigQuery, focusing on modeling, performance, and cost optimization.

• Proficient use of AI in daily tasks (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or agents).

• Hands-on experience with large language models applied to data (Text-to-SQL, RAG, or analytical agents).

• Competence in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for automation and data manipulation.

• Strong business acumen with an emphasis on delivering value.
