📋 Description

• Create scalable, fully automated, enterprise-level reporting across Operations, Growth (Salesforce), Compliance (Epic Clarity), Health Plan (claims), Risk Adjustment (CMS and Medicaid), and Clinical Quality.

• Utilize SQL to address ad-hoc data inquiries from internal clients, develop report prototypes, and transform these prototypes into analytical pipelines with user-friendly front-end interfaces that enhance the experience for your end users.

• Employ a variety of reporting tools including Power BI, Epic's in-app tools (Slicer Dicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar), Salesforce reports, and Excel to meet Habitat's reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering to design and implement ETL processes that create clean Data Marts on our enterprise data warehouse, incorporating standardized "business rules" layers to ensure consistent KPI reporting across downstream applications.

• Take ownership of the quality standards for your deliverables by designing data quality assessments, leading code reviews and Git pull requests, and defining dashboard release processes and documentation standards for the team to follow.

• Create comprehensive business and clinical logic including patient cohorts, quality measures, diagnosis groupers, utilization events (admissions, readmissions, ED visits, SNF stays), lookback periods, etc., to ensure KPIs are accurately constructed, documented, and communicated.

• Develop externally facing reports that include PACE-specific measures, CMS / Medicaid regulatory submissions, and audit reports in alignment with standard specifications.

• Set the technical standards for the reporting function by mentoring fellow analysts, establishing SQL standards, reinforcing dashboard design and release processes, producing clear documentation, and enhancing overall team performance through close collaboration with analysts, engineers, end users, and subject matter experts.
