This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +5 more states.
• Assist in developing marketing analytics strategies that align with organizational objectives and digital performance metrics.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle, and sales departments.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data throughout Salesforce, Pardot, and other integrated platforms.
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to guide campaign effectiveness and strategic planning.
• Keep abreast of best practices in analytics, AI advancements, and data privacy laws.
• Help ensure compliance with international data privacy standards such as CCPA, GDPR, and related regulations.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks utilizing tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Design standardized reporting templates to monitor marketing performance, pipeline, and revenue influence.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness across various channels, including web, email, paid media, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Recognize trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization using both traditional analytics and AI-assisted analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis positions.
• Proficient experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot or comparable marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for data analysis and reporting.
• Preference for experience in predictive analytics, data modeling, or machine learning concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
