Senior Data Analyst – Power BI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

• Develop and refine metrics and KPIs to monitor business performance

• Assist in the progression and upkeep of a portfolio of reports and performance indicators

• Analyze data to uncover patterns, trends, deviations, and opportunities

• Convert business requirements into reports, metrics, and indicators

• Collect requirements from business teams

• Create clear, objective data visualizations that cater to users’ needs

• Enhance and optimize existing reports and dashboards

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the information presented

• Aid in the definition and standardization of metrics and indicators

• Identify opportunities to enhance BI solutions

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reports and indicators

• Document reports, metrics, KPIs, and business rules

• Collaborate with Data, BI, Technology, and business teams

• Engage actively in data and Business Intelligence projects, from comprehending business needs to developing and maintaining reports and indicators

• Maintain continuous interaction with stakeholders and transform business needs into data solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in a comparable position

• Advanced expertise in Power BI – mandatory

• Proven experience in constructing reports, dashboards, and KPIs

• Experience in creating and maintaining business metrics and indicators

• Proficient knowledge of data analysis and interpretation

• Experience managing a substantial volume of reports and indicators

• Understanding of data modeling and structuring for BI solutions

• Capability to convert business needs into analytical solutions

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with business teams and stakeholders

• Ability to work autonomously in developing and enhancing solutions

• Analytical and problem-solving orientation

• Strong skills in data interpretation
