Senior Data Analyst – Power BI, AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct data analysis and create Business Intelligence solutions for a worldwide Supply Chain initiative.

• Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI.

• Analyze extensive datasets to discover patterns, trends, opportunities, and potential anomalies.

• Convert business requirements into analytical solutions and data visualizations.

• Suggest enhancements and innovative approaches to data analysis and usage to support business decision-making.

• Engage directly with international senior leadership through alignment meetings, presentations, and discussions regarding data and outcomes.

• Create, enhance, and maintain AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

• Investigate Artificial Intelligence applications for data analysis, automation, and support for business functions.

• Develop and refine solutions leveraging capabilities from the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.

• Identify opportunities for applying AI to project processes and business requirements.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of information presented in developed solutions.

• Continuously enhance dashboards, reports, and AI Agents based on user feedback and business requirements.

• Document solutions, processes, and business rules associated with completed developments.

• Collaborate with Data, BI, Analytics, Technology, and business teams.

• Participate in meetings and interactions with global teams, using English as the primary mode of communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst, ideally in complex corporate settings.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI – mandatory.

• Understanding of data analysis and interpretation, along with pattern recognition and insight generation.

• Experience in creating, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Familiarity with or practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and/or Copilot Studio.

• Knowledge in developing and utilizing AI Agents.

• Fluent English – essential, with the capability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and engage with international leadership.

• Ability to translate business needs into data and analytics solutions.

• Hands-on approach, with the independence to build and evolve solutions.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Capability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels of leadership.

• Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus.

• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

• Experience with Supply Chain / Supply projects is a plus.

• Experience working on global projects and interacting with international teams is a plus.

• Experience applying generative AI to data and analytics processes is a plus.

• Knowledge of process automation using Microsoft solutions is a plus.
