This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete PG lifecycle for a selection of key accounts, encompassing performance tracking, metric verification, and monitoring contract obligations.
• Serve as a principal subject matter expert for customized Performance Guarantees, collaborating with Data Engineering to sustain specialized data pipelines and working alongside Sales and Customer Success (CS) to ensure effective contract execution.
• Deliver organized quarterly reports and variance analyses regarding PG performance to assist leadership in overseeing and mitigating financial risks.
• Aid in RFPs and renewals by conducting scenario modeling, risk assessment, and data-informed feasibility evaluations for unique client requests.
• Engage in client-facing discussions as the technical authority to elucidate performance discrepancies, address complex calculation disputes, and effectively communicate Included Health’s value proposition concerning PGs.
• Implement recovery analytics to pinpoint, quantify, and monitor the effects of interventions aimed at reducing financial payouts.
• Contribute to the PG governance framework by upholding data validation standards, operationalizing processes for non-standard requests, and documenting lessons learned from unsuccessful PGs.
• Oversee accrual and payout analytics, creating reconciliation dashboards and variance analyses to assist Revenue Accounting and FP&A during quarterly closings.
• Collaborate proactively with Customer Success teams to uncover opportunities for managing high-risk payouts and executing prompt recovery actions.
• Design and sustain optimized SQL queries, automated dashboards (Looker), and authoritative datasets specifically for specialized strategic account PGs.
• Manage PG-related data structures within Salesforce CRM in conjunction with Client Operations.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analyses of PG misses and data discrepancies to identify operational failures, working with technical and clinical teams to implement preventive strategies.
• Independently manage goals while effectively balancing multiple high-priority client workstreams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Public Health, or a similar field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency for managing complex queries, experience with data structures and validation procedures, and a proven history of creating dashboards in Looker or comparable BI tools.
• Strategic Experience: Established ability to manage financial or performance risks, creatively navigate project challenges, and contribute to project planning.
• Communication: Exceptional communication abilities with the skill to utilize concise narratives to align cross-functional teams and confidently present insights to external clients.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven success in building robust cross-functional relationships, engaging in constructive discussions, and managing cross-functional objectives.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with medical claims data concepts, EHR, or other essential healthcare data sources.
• Financial Acumen: Comfort with financial accruals, value-based care frameworks, or fundamental accounting principles.
