This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Examine marketing performance metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement in generating MQLs.
• Assist in the creation and execution of data-driven marketing strategies aimed at fulfilling business goals.
• Support A/B testing and various experiments to refine marketing campaigns and improve website performance.
• Formulate Learning plans that facilitate systematic enhancements in website effectiveness.
• Design and uphold dashboards to track essential metrics and deliver real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Generate detailed reports on marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Possess the ability to narrate a story through data analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment on data needs and insights.
• Work alongside technology and product teams to guarantee data accuracy and availability.
• Convey intricate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Host weekly/monthly meetings dedicated to reviewing the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Over 5 years of experience in analytics.
• More than 2 years of experience in digital analytics.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
• Experience utilizing web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
