Senior Data Analyst, Customer Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze Voice of the Customer (VoC) data to uncover trends, identify friction points, and discover opportunities for business growth.

• Integrate VoC data with revenue and transactional information to link customer feedback with renewals, churn mitigation, and expansion results.

• Implement predictive modeling, quasi-experimental designs, and impact assessments for closed-loop strategies.

• Create and oversee automated real-time dashboards for stakeholders.

• Transform quantitative and qualitative data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Produce detailed VoC reports for the leadership team.

• Collaborate with technology teams to verify and enhance the accuracy and accessibility of customer data.

• Play a key role in developing data-driven marketing initiatives.

• Facilitate regular meetings to monitor VoC health and promote alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or digital marketing analytics.

• Extensive knowledge of VoC metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and CES.

• Skilled in mixed-methods analysis.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in quantitative data analysis, statistical modeling, and driver analysis.

• Experienced in qualitative data analysis, open-text mining, and sentiment analysis.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R programming languages.

• Familiarity with VoC and survey platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
