• Developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborating with product, engineering, operational, and clinical teams to establish reporting requirements and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.

• Assisting in the development and optimization of data models and data warehouse structures to enhance analytical performance and scalability.

• Conducting statistical analyses to support forecasting, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Converting business inquiries into analytical frameworks and providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.

• Overseeing data quality and aiding governance processes to uphold reliable and accurate reporting.

• Engaging with cloud-based data platforms and warehousing solutions such as Snowflake to facilitate analytics and reporting workflows.

• Assisting with ETL and data transformation processes in partnership with technical teams and data engineers.

• Clearly communicating intricate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize analytical initiatives and align reporting with business goals.

• Extensive experience in a Senior Data Analyst role.

• Proficient SQL skills for data analysis and reporting tasks.

• Experience in analyzing complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.

• Skills in dashboarding and visualization with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation.

• Experience with data models and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of dbt and data transformation workflows.

• Strong understanding of data quality and reporting best practices.
