This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the transformation of workbooks, dashboards, and data models to ensure both functional and visual consistency while enhancing performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint essential reports, KPIs, and dashboards for migration, while verifying business logic throughout the transition.
• Develop and enhance data models (Star/Snowflake schemas, DAX measures, calculated columns, relationships) to meet enterprise reporting requirements.
• Improve datasets, queries, and report performance to ensure efficiency in managing large volumes of data.
• Implement role-based access controls, row-level security, and best practices in governance to align with the enterprise data strategy.
• Document migration workflows, data definitions, and dashboards while providing training and support to business teams.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports by reconciling outputs with source systems.
• Discover opportunities to improve visualization standards, streamline reporting processes, and encourage the adoption of self-service analytics.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, or a suitable mix of work experience, training, or education.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, which may include advanced Tableau dashboard development.
• Practical experience in designing, building, and deploying dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Experience with Power BI may be necessary.
• Proven ability to convert business requirements into effective visualizations and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; outstanding documentation and presentation capabilities.
