📋 Description

• Develop and sustain dashboards and data tools to align with business objectives.

• Provide ad hoc analyses that clarify trends and evaluate performance.

• Perform statistical analysis to reveal actionable insights.

• Design and evaluate A/B tests and controlled experiments.

• Create predictive models to aid in forecasting and goal-setting.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on data pipelines and reporting logic.

• Utilize cloud data platforms and BI tools to fulfill stakeholder requirements.

• Work with internal teams to comprehend business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Recognize gaps in data collection and contribute to enhancing data quality and integration.

• Clean and transform raw data for effective reporting and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in analytics, preferably within a digital or technology-focused business.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).

• Over 2 years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data insights to non-technical audiences.

• Experience using AI to enhance analytics processes is an advantage.

• Familiarity with data integration tools like Hevo or Fivetran is also beneficial.

• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and a strong passion for data.

• Must possess a functional laptop/PC and internet with a backup connection.
