Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Teams across various domains including marketing, billing, and product management.

• Develop new dashboards and enhance existing reports, such as Product Reports.

• Conduct user behavior analysis and assess key moments of engagement.

• Analyze data to uncover actionable insights, identify trends and patterns, and offer recommendations to optimize KPIs.

• Design and implement A/B tests and homogeneity tests to validate hypotheses and evaluate impact.

• Track metrics across all business domains.

• Create and develop robust data models using SQL.

• Provide and receive constructive feedback from peers and the Leadership Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Data Science, or Economics.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to recognize trends, patterns, and insights in large data sets.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Capability to think strategically and make data-informed decisions that align with organizational objectives.

• Experience in Product Analytics.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in advanced SQL.

• Experience with popular Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.

• Background in subscription-based businesses.

• Quick adaptability, efficient learning of new tools and methods, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in both English and Russian or Ukrainian.
