Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and potential business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports utilizing business intelligence tools.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

• Conduct root cause analysis on issues affecting business performance.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders effectively.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all reporting formats.

• Assist in data governance and uphold documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence position.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with at least one business intelligence tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• Strong background in Excel and data modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills to present insights effectively.

• Detail-oriented with robust analytical thinking abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
