Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, evaluate, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer experience (CX) areas such as NPS and student experience, as well as for Corporate Services (CSC) including Finance, Facilities, HR, Service Management, etc.

• Generate regular analyses and reports to assist internal stakeholders in their decision-making processes.

• Detect variations, trends, and opportunities for improvements based on the data at hand.

• Engage in data storytelling to enhance the interpretation and comprehension of results for diverse audience profiles.

• Develop new dashboards and reports in Power BI based on requests from the department or stakeholders.

• Conduct corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing dashboards to ensure precision, performance, and timely updates.

• Aid in understanding and documenting new requirements for dashboards and KPIs to be communicated to the external Data team.

• Take part in the discovery phase for new solutions and scopes.

• Spot automation opportunities for manual or repetitive tasks within the department.

• Assist in structuring and standardizing analytical processes and the development of dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Advanced skills in Power BI, including building and maintaining dashboards, DAX, and data modeling within the platform.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.

• Strong analytical skills to critically assess business indicators and metrics.

• Knowledge of Data Warehouse environments and structured data.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis within CX, NPS, operations, or Shared Services Center (CSC) settings.

• Proven track record in building and maintaining dashboards and reports in business contexts.

• Previous experience in data or analytics teams collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent workstreams.

• Familiarity with Python for automation or supplementary analyses.

• Experience with Shared Services Centers (SSC/CSC).

• Background in the higher education sector.

• Acquainted with Databricks.

• Experience with NPS processes and metrics related to customer experience.
