Senior Data Analyst – AI & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to create AI-driven analytics solutions and intelligent tools that provide actionable insights for business users.

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and decision-support applications utilizing Power BI and Power Platform.

• Use LLMs and AI agents to convert structured and unstructured data into context-rich insights.

• Employ Azure AI Foundry, Fabric, and Snowflake to facilitate advanced analytics and AI applications.

• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) strategies to enhance the accuracy, explainability, and scalability of AI-driven outcomes.

• Transform complex healthcare datasets into straightforward business narratives that support commercial strategies, growth initiatives, and operational performance.

• Discover opportunities to automate insight generation through AI-enabled workflows and intelligent agents.

• Ensure alignment with healthcare KPIs, tracking performance across IDNs, facilities, and commercial segments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with seven (7) years of experience in a data analytics role OR a High School diploma/GED with 11 years of experience in a data analytics role.

• Four (4) years of experience working with SQL, data analysis, AI/ML concepts, and BI tools.

• One (1) year of hands-on experience in building effective AI agents and applying AI in business scenarios.

• One (1) year of practical experience with contemporary cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, etc.).

• Three (3) years of experience in translating data into business insights and crafting executive-ready narratives.
