Senior Data Analyst – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated analyses, dashboards, analytical models, and data-driven intelligent solutions, transforming information into actionable insights to aid strategic decision-making;

• Develop, enhance, and sustain analytical solutions, automations, internal products, and data- and AI-driven applications, utilizing AI-assisted development and tools such as Windsurf or similar;

• Function within an AI-powered operating framework, employing LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, intelligent agents, and automations to expedite analysis, code creation, documentation, investigations, and the ongoing enhancement of the team's solutions;

• Engage in data extraction, cleansing, integration, and preparation for analytical utilization and intelligent models, interfacing with data pipelines, data architectures, and enterprise analytics ecosystems;

• Implement best practices in governance, versioning, MLOps, data quality, and data security, while also contributing to the enhancement of the team's analytical culture and the application of Artificial Intelligence;

• Possess a digital mindset, a curiosity about emerging technologies, and a keen interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can revolutionize processes, experiences, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced SQL, Python, exploratory data analysis, dashboard creation, metrics, and generating insights to aid decision-making;

• Experience in developing or utilizing analytical models, Machine Learning, predictive analytics, or data science solutions tailored to business challenges;

• Familiarity or experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to data tasks, including Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, intelligent automations, and AI-assisted development using tools like Windsurf or similar;

• Understanding of data architecture and engineering concepts, such as Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse, data pipelines, REST APIs, versioning, and CI/CD.
