
Senior Data Analysis Manager, GTM Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the GTM organization, including Sales, Sales Operations, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success Leaders to identify and fulfill reporting and analysis requirements.
• Oversee and prioritize the delivery of reporting and data requirements, develop business specifications, and implement these specifications.
• Take ownership of and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capable of designing dashboards and data visualizations that provide business insights and information at scale.
• Demonstrated experience in decision-making and problem-solving driven by analytics.
• Proficient in collaborating and engaging with business partners across the organization. Promote innovation, drive essential decisions, hold business partners accountable, and achieve results in a rapidly growing, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present key business reports to GTM leadership.
• Maintain a strong focus on attaining both short-term and long-term objectives, which includes preparing ad-hoc analyses and reports.
• Offer effective coaching and consistent feedback. Set clear expectations and actively foster the development of your associates' skills.
• Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional data analysis work.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and developing using open-source data technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree or PhD in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in statistical or econometric work.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing statistical or econometric models.
• At least 5 years of experience in validating statistical or econometric models.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data governance.
• At least 2 years of experience in predictive analytics.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Must possess effective communication skills.
