This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions that adhere to Microsoft best practices, security protocols, ALM processes, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Work alongside Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to create technical solution designs.
• Ensure that solutions are consistent with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.
• Create and develop custom Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, encompassing Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights integrations.
• Build plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, business process flows, business rules, and advanced Dataverse configurations.
• Implement client-side customizations utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and contemporary web development methodologies.
• Design and develop controls for the Power Apps Component Framework.
• Create server-side solutions using C#, .NET, and Dataverse APIs.
• Develop Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and integration services.
• Design and execute integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems.
• Create integration patterns utilizing Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Assist in the implementation of ALM processes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Conduct peer code reviews and uphold development standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and defects.
• Support planning for deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance.
• Participate in technical design discussions to ensure the delivery of secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development.
• More than 5 years of practical experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Expert-level knowledge in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Significant experience with Dataverse architecture and configurations.
• Experience in developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and PCF controls.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Experience in implementing enterprise integrations.
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced level of English required for collaboration with US clients.
