Senior Cyber-Security Operations Analyst, Product AppSec

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance the capabilities of the Azure DevOps platform, focusing on reusable CI/CD templates, pipeline standards, and tools for developer enablement.

• Construct and refine secure CI/CD pipelines that support various product lines, incorporating security scanning, secrets management, artifact validation, and policy enforcement.

• Create and maintain scalable development and QA environments, enhancing provisioning, configuration management, and deployment automation.

• Implement and uphold infrastructure-as-code solutions utilizing Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell within Azure cloud environments.

• Collaborate with Product Security and Infrastructure teams to integrate secure-by-design principles into SDLC workflows and assist in vulnerability remediation efforts.

• Oversee the health of the CI/CD platform, diagnosing pipeline failures, deployment challenges, and environment-related issues.

• Guide junior engineers and advocate for DevSecOps best practices throughout Engineering, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Build Engineering.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline engineering, and build and release automation.

• Proficiency in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, PowerShell, Python, and Bash.

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Secure SDLC, and cloud security.

• Familiarity with software supply chain security frameworks (SLSA, NIST SSDF, OWASP SCVS).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
