Senior CX Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the client services team to deliver outstanding value to key clients.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.

• Develop long-term relationships and enhance business processes.

• Guide solution development throughout project lifecycles.

• Manage complex client projects to guarantee timely delivery and high standards.

• Work with teams to optimize processes and enhance client results.

• Document best practices to ensure consistency in service delivery.

• Effectively resolve issues and manage client expectations.

• Collect project costs and assist with the invoicing process.

• Manage a portfolio of clients, aligning solutions with their needs and risk management strategies.

• Offer training and support regarding client services processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role or a comparable position.

• Experience in the Trade Show or Event Industry is essential.

• PMP or CAPM certification is advantageous.

• Extensive expertise in project management techniques.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing client relationships, with a track record of retaining and expanding long-term connections.

• Comprehensive understanding of industry practices, including interpreting construction drawings, setup prints, and converting design models into actionable plans.

• Proficient in making informed decisions based on industry knowledge and business insights.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and other relevant project management tools, such as Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, Rike, or Asana, is preferred.
