This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for key clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled with an emphasis on cultivating long-term relationships.
• Foster client retention and growth by providing ongoing value through continuous engagement, customized solutions, and identifying opportunities for added value and service expansion.
• Direct the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of business processes that improve client service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Manage the implementation of complex client projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Function as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring effective and consistent communication.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and optimize workflows to enhance client outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role or a similar capacity.
• Experience in the Trade Show or Event Industry is essential.
• PMP or CAPM Certification is advantageous.
• Proficient knowledge in project management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining client relationships with a successful track record of retention and growth of long-term connections.
• Remote Corporate opportunities.
• Travel Requirements: Less than 20%.
