📋 Description

• Develop and implement an innovative marketing strategy and framework that skillfully anticipates and addresses the specific needs of our esteemed clients.

• Conduct initial setup and training for clients, which entails configuring tools after the Solution Architect has finalized their architecture.

• Offer ongoing consultancy for clients by managing a comprehensive wish list of their needs and objectives.

• Take the lead on integration projects in which you play an active role, focusing on Marketing and Customer Experience (CX).

• Evaluate and make recommendations on how clients can adhere to marketing and technology best practices through comprehensive technology audits.

• Ensure cohesive reporting across technological solutions to facilitate closed-loop reporting and verify that integrations fulfill these standards.

• Stay informed about and relay updates on new technology products, features, and alterations to existing capabilities within the marketing domain.

• Provide specialized knowledge on technology features and how to utilize them for marketing and relevant communications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a client-facing consulting or specialist capacity within a digital agency or consultancy.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo.

• Excellent client-facing abilities, with the capacity to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills—capable of leading workshops and executive discussions.

• Experience in guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.

• Solid business acumen and the capability to deliver engaging presentations.

• Practical experience with online marketing tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Familiar with agile marketing and adept at adjusting to evolving processes.

• A thorough understanding of Inbound Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) Marketing.

• Technical aptitude and the ability to swiftly understand our technology stack.

• A mindset geared towards continuous learning—keeping current with industry trends and new sales enablement technologies.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
