This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing strategic guidance and advocating strongly for their needs within the organization.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience through proactive communication, coordinating the appropriate internal resources, and utilizing the customer engagement model to align, monitor, and adapt to customer business goals.
• Work collaboratively within the Coupa ecosystem to drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), ensuring that customers achieve their outlined business objectives, derive value, and deepen their partnership with Coupa.
• Transform customers into advocates by creating opportunities to highlight their successes through events, webinars, case studies, and analyst referrals.
• Enhance Coupa’s market presence by nurturing relationships that lead to references, peer influence, and growth in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Build Tomorrow Together by sharing best practices, challenging the status quo, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement in Customer Value Management.
• A minimum of 6 years of expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Source-to-Contract (S2C) domains.
• Ideal candidates should possess experience in customer or client management, gained through consulting/BPO roles or from S2C SaaS software/solutions.
• Strong collaborative skills with an ability to engage in big-picture, “win-win” negotiations.
• Resilience in both challenging and repetitive circumstances.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcome-driven problem solving.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and data analytics abilities.
• Capacity to develop and sustain executive relationships while employing effective influencing strategies.
• Proficient project management skills, including the ability to oversee diverse, cross-functional teams comprised of internal, customer, and third-party members.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Candidates must reside in the Eastern US, preferably east of the Mississippi River.
