Senior Customer Training Specialist – Hugo RAS Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide education and training on the Medtronic Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery technology.

• Assist with laboratory sessions and practical workshops.

• Collaborate and engage with Sales and Clinical teams, Medical Affairs colleagues, and surgical proctors.

• Cultivate expertise in RAS System Technology, applications, and advanced technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical, or technical roles within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• Experience with medical devices related to Laparoscopic and/or Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies.

• Background in clinical settings and/or operating rooms.

• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
