Senior Customer Training Specialist – Hugo RAS Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing education and training on the Medtronic Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery technology, focusing on the relevant surgical indications in General Surgery, Urology, and Gynaecology.

• Conducting technical training while actively supporting laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops.

• Utilizing a structured teaching methodology to evaluate the efficiency and safety levels of trainees.

• Gaining expertise in the ecosystem surrounding robotic surgery, with a comprehensive understanding of surgical equipment and instruments.

• Collaborating and engaging with Sales and Clinical teams, Medical Affairs colleagues, and surgical proctors to effectively prepare and set expectations for the training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical, or technical roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.

• Experience with medical devices related to Laparoscopic and/or Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies.

• Background in clinical and/or operating room settings.

• Demonstrated experience and/or a training-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Strong capacity for problem-solving with excellent skills.

• Capable of designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating product and procedure-based technical education and training using blended learning solutions.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and possesses a professional work ethic.

• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
