
Senior Customer Technical Program Manager – Software Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Define and oversee program schedules, deliverables, and critical milestones in accordance with customer and partner roadmaps and needs.
• Convert customer requirements into actionable tasks for all functional teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues across engineering, quality, logistics, and sales.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to facilitate program execution, addressing high-priority issues/concerns, and coordinating teams globally to maintain clear alignment on objectives.
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, leading program kick-offs, technical discussions, design reviews, issue tracking and resolution, customer qualification/validation efforts, and providing status updates throughout the product lifecycle.
• Propel program execution from design to production deployment, guaranteeing on-time delivery, quality, and customer acceptance.
• Offer ongoing post-deployment support, acting as a case manager for high-priority concerns.
• Proactively communicate program status, risks, and key issues to customers, internal partners, and leadership (including Hardware, Software, Operations, Business, Quality, Sales, and Product Teams), ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8-10+ years of program/project management experience within the IT, software, or embedded systems sectors.
• Strong technical foundation in hardware and/or software product development with experience collaborating closely with OEMs, system integrators, independent software vendors, and CSPs.
• Proven track record of leading complex, global programs through complete development lifecycles into deployment and production.
• Exceptional program management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize issues and promote cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with global teams and effectively navigate multicultural, multinational business environments.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 10%) and excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
