This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Providing technical customer support in Tamilnadu.
• Installing and maintaining instruments while delivering Basic Operation Training during installation to ensure effective product and customer assistance.
• Ensuring that Preventive Maintenance planning (PM) and MOD are executed promptly.
• Seeking timely assistance for complex product issues to minimize unnecessary downtime.
• Maintaining a recommended inventory of Spare Parts across all product ranges.
• Fostering outstanding customer relationships, particularly with directly assigned accounts, by adhering to field service policies, procedures, and standards.
• Must possess an Engineering degree with a B.E./B.Tech. qualification.
• Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in customer services (Technical) within the IVD industry.
• Should demonstrate advanced technical competency in one of the IVD product lines.
• Must have sufficient skills to provide consultative assistance and support for technical troubleshooting alongside other functions.
• Capable of driving corrective and preventive measures to enhance service delivery based on customer feedback.
• Previous experience in technical field services for IVD products (hardware & software) with advanced technical skills in one product line in IVD.
• Responsible for generating service revenue.
• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for call handling and closure in the system.
