This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Create and execute success plans that enhance adoption, retention, and customer value.
• Perform executive and business reviews, share results, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Recognize cross-sell and upsell opportunities that facilitate growth and expansion.
• Develop playbooks, best practices, and processes to enhance Customer Success management at Hypatos.
• Communicate insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably within SaaS or AI sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing customer success processes, playbooks, and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of adoption and retention metrics along with customer lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.
