This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Take charge of a customer portfolio, enhancing their platform engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop Success Plans and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assist customers in achieving their objectives.
• Actively monitor and assess customer requirements & KPIs to guarantee optimal value delivery through Urbantz’s platform and promote the adoption of new relevant features.
• Function as the customer's technical product specialist, offering solution training, testing, and troubleshooting (tools utilized include VisualStudio Code and Postman).
• Represent the customer's perspective in internal discussions.
• Assist with the validation and implementation of product features.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management, consulting, customer success, sales, or related fields.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, and English.
• Significant experience in SaaS and a solid understanding of IT solutions / API integrations.
• Strong executive presence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent customer management abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills.
