Senior Customer Success Manager – Cloud Public

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary expert for T Cloud Public, utilizing your cloud knowledge to offer dependable guidance and foster business expansion.

• Provide customized recommendations to clients, aiding them in their initial experience with TCP or enhancing their ongoing cloud performance through strategies for consumption growth and upselling.

• Actively engage with customers to mitigate churn, applying analytical insights and management skills to ensure their satisfaction and success.

• Utilize your technical expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and improve organizational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer needs into actionable feature requests.

• Contribute actively to the vertical squads within T Cloud Public.

• Work together on the optimization and advancement of Customer Success Management for TCP, achieving significant outcomes.

• Provide insights that enhance our “Service Excellence Culture,” ensuring continuous quality improvement across all facets of TCP Customer Success Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field of study or a professional qualification.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in IT architecture, cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and relevant cloud ecosystems.

• Familiarity with AI is advantageous—contribute to shaping the future!

• Excellent communication and presentation skills: instill confidence in customers and guarantee superior service delivery.

• Knowledge of offerings from AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Rackspace is a plus.

• Experience with developer tools, APIs, and integration frameworks is a significant advantage.

• Comprehension of standardized services through platforms to provide robust technical solutions.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with international teams and coordinating across borders.

• Experience in international collaboration with Local Business Units and NatCos.
